By purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions, Shipping & Return Policy as well all information regarding Haute Nail Box.

SHIPPING
Please allow 2-4 business days for your order to be fulfilled.
** EXPECT LONGER PROCESSING TIMES DURING HOLIDAY SEASON AND SALES (2-6 BUSINESS DAYS)** 
Business days do not include weekends or holidays. 
For all international orders, we are not responsible for any additional taxes or fees that may occur.
We do not have any control over USPS. If your order has already been shipped, contact the appropriate shipping carrier with your tracking number for updates or assistance with your package. We are NOT responsible for lost, stolen packages. We do NOT take responsibility for packages claimed to not be delivered if the shipping carrier marks them as delivered.

This claim process is solely done by USPS, once your application is approved they are responsible for issuing a refund via check.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed fraudulently.
