Refunds and Exchanges
All Haute Box Nail Sets are non-refundable for the purpose of switching size as all sales are final on nail sets. Please ensure measurements are correct at the time of purchase by using our sizing charts and recommendations (see Sizing Page). 

Due to the nature of our custom handmade products we do not accept returns or make any exchanges (except in the case of products delivered in defective or damaged state.  If so, email hautenailbox@gmail.com and include an image of the defective or damaged product) within 24-hours of receiving your order for exchange only.

Tracking Shipments
Tracking numbers will be provided once your items are shipped.  Once items are shipped you should contact USPS or shipping company regarding arrival and misdelivered orders.  We strongly suggest that customers double check shipping information before checking out and completing purchase. 
If there’s an apartment, suite or unit number make sure it is entered to avoid complications and delays of shipping. 

 

**Please read all information listed under the item description before ordering. Make note of our creation timelines and rest assured your hand-crafted Haute Nails will ship as soon as possible.  More complicated personalization may take extra time.
